How billing works (per album)

You authorize a payment method once — no charge yet. Free up to 40 photos / 5 min video. Then you're charged incrementally at each tier crossing: $3 at 41 photos (up to 100), an extra $2 at 101 (up to 250, total $5), an extra $5 at 251 (up to 400, total $10), and $5 per additional 150 photos. Set a maximum approved budget — uploads pause at the next tier that would exceed it, and you can raise it anytime.
